House Rules

Check-in from 14:00, check-out by 10:00.

Guests are responsible for their personal belongings; the owner is not liable for loss or disappearance.

Guests are responsible for their behaviour; they bear the consequences of any accidents.

Lock apartment doors when inside. When leaving, lock doors and windows, close sunshades, turn off lights and all electrical appliances (TV, AC, stove) and turn off taps.

The owner has the right to enter the apartment in exceptional circumstances to prevent damage; the owner must notify the guest at next contact.

No destruction of furniture or equipment and no disturbing other guests. No loud noise between 14:00–16:00 and 23:00–07:00.

Only registered guests may use the apartment. The host may permit visits at certain times upon guest request.

No weapons, explosives or flammable materials.

Equipment not part of the apartment offer may only be used with the host’s consent.

Animals are permitted only with the host’s consent.

Report any disappearance or damage to installations, furniture or appliances to the host immediately. If caused by the guest, the guest must compensate the equivalent value.

Do not remove appliances or equipment (towels, covers, etc.) from the apartment.

The host may refuse further services if the house rules are disregarded.

Hand over your ID or passport to the host immediately upon arrival for Tourist Office registration.
